I'm not sure this is your question, but the company "Apple Computer" is a publicly held corporation owned by its stockholders and not by any other larger entity. Apple and Macintosh branded software is published and sold by Apple Computer. As far as the Apple software you may have, it is sort of "owned" by you under license from Apple. See their license terms for details.
Apple
"The owner of Apple Mac is James Mclaren allthough this is hard to find because he has asked to be removed from the Internet." James Mclaren is a singer, and probably doesn't own a single stock in Apple. No one person owns Apple, its its own public company owned by thousands of people but apple has the most stocks in apple so apple owns apple. Many people think Steve jobs owns apple, this is very idiotic, he is the ceo and cofounder of apple but does not own it, he owns some stocks in apple but not the entire company. BTW its not Apple mac, its Apple Inc which makes Macintosh computers, iPods, iPads, iPhones, software, the company filemaker, and more.
He owns an apple
Apple is not a software company.... its uses software which are built by outer source... and Apple integrates it with its device..
iTunes is owned by Apple :)
your apple it is in your garden

Tim Cook is the current CEO of Apple.
You can download software for the iPod from Apple on the Apple website for free. This software includes access to the iTunes store. You can download this software without owning an iPod.
Windows, Linux, Mac, apple operating system, sun OS
Apple is a public company so anyone who owns shares in the company owns a little piece. Steve Jobs is the CEO of Apple which owns the Macintosh line of computers.
