No-one ! Ready-made computers usually come with a warranty which includes technical support for a limited time. If you build a computer yourself, not only do you not get a warranty (outside the warranty of the individual components) - you also do not get access to free technical support ! You could contact a retailer (such as PC World) - but they will charge you for any advice you are given - and are not obliged to advise you if they know you built the machine yourself.
