zoom out
You do need a camera to use iMovie. Import pictures and clips that are already on your computer/mac.
If you use an optical zoom, you can take pictures without getting really close to things. An optical zoom is better than a digital zoom, because an optical zoom does not cause pictures to be pixely or grainy, and digital zooms often do.
Yes windows movie maker, imovie. ("'\(o.o)/"')
save into your camera roll and then insert from your pictures onto a pages document
One can take candid pictures of feet by placing the camera on the floor while in timed mode. Alternatively one can use the zoom function and just zoom in on the feet.
if you have a mac, you can just open iMovie and drag a song from your iTunes account into a new movie project. Then you can just find pictures of the album's cover on google images and drag them onto your desktop and then drag them from your desktop onto your iMovie project. Click on the clock icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the picture on iMovie. It should say 4 seconds. Change that to 60 seconds. Repeat with the rest of the pictures until you have the exact time of the song. Example: a song that is 3:24. Get four pictures, drag them onto your desktop, then to your iMovie project on top of the music. Set the duration (time) for the first three pictures 60 seconds. Make the fourth picture 24 seconds.

If you go on google maps, type in your address, it show pictures of your street and eventually your house if you zoom in far enough.
depends on the type of camera you have. mine is where you zoom and then click the select to keep the selected image that's on the screen.
To zoom in iMovie after adding your photo to the movie project select the Crop button (last but one in the middle row of buttons), at the top of the large Viewer window select Ken Burns. This will overlay a red and green rectangles on your photo. Resize the green start rectangle to your desired starting position (the whole photo for example) and resize the red ending rectangle to the desired ending of your zoom (an individuals face for example). Use the Play button above the viewer window to test your zoom and click the Done button when it is working to your satisfaction. Follow-up question: Can this be achieved with video as well as photos? I think its called pan and scan.
