Possible driver issue, but much more likely the monitor or video card are dying. Try swapping the monitor if you can with one you know is good or swap the video card if you have one and feel comfortable doing so. Doing both at the same time proves nothing so I'd start with the monitor since it is probably easier to do.
Try turning the MONITOR off and then on again. If it doesn't work, change your computer color settings.
