It might be that your computer has a virus. It may also be that you have to much stuff saved on your computer and you need to clear out some of your memory. Try erasing a bunch of stuff you dont need such as games, videos, pics., or music. Even movies. If this doesnt work then try taking it to the place you baught it and let them check it out.
