Intel is a terrible place to work. Before working there, please, please talk to a former or current employee.

Do not believe the marketing hype put up by the "Great place to work" marketing team at Intel. If it truly was a good place to work, why would they have to spend time and money marketing that it is a great place? Think about it, Intel is trying to fix their reputation.

Expect to work hours that you do not get paid for. Expect to have colleagues with low-quality foreign degrees who cannot do their job and never seem to be fired.

Also DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT get recruited right out of college. There are people paid to look for fresh not-yet-graduates and get them on the payroll _before_ their degree is technically granted. In the company these people are referred to as "headhunters" or "vultures". The less they pay you, the higher their bonus.

These fresh graduates are hired on at low pay, with a promise of a review after their degree is granted. This review never comes, and most quit after less than a year (quitting means no unemployment). This is exactly what Intel wants, they got the work of a college graduate, for less than intern pay with no benefits, then pay no unemployment, and hire a new not-yet-graduate for ridiculously low pay.

This is how Intel makes billions of dollars. Now you know.
