Why cant you find your MobileMe account?
MobileMe is no longer a service offered by Apple. It was terminated in June/July of 2012. iCloud was the service that replaced MobileMe. Any information that was stored in MobileMe was lost unless it was moved prior to it's deletion. If you had a "me" account it should still be accessible through icloud.com
What is MobileMe?
MobileMe is Apple's subscription cloud-based service that features syncing of contacts, calendars, and emails, in addition to web-based storage (iDisk) and tracking of iOS devices such as iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches. MobileMe subscribers can also sync their bookmarks and other items from their computer, such as their password keychain and Dashboard widgets. In Fall 2011, MobileMe will be replaced by iCloud, a new service which retains some of the features of MobileMe, such as contact, calendar, and email syncing, but adds new ones and removes others. iDisk and the Galleries features will no longer exist, but Documents in the Cloud and Photos in the Cloud will be added, provided the user is running a compatible OS (either iOS 5 or Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Mac OS X 10.7+ Lion) on their device.
