A computer uses a translator program to convert text or speech from one language to another, facilitating communication and understanding between speakers of different languages. These programs leverage algorithms and databases of linguistic rules and vocabulary to provide accurate translations. Additionally, they can enhance productivity by allowing users to access content in multiple languages, making information more accessible in our globalized world.
Question #1: Compiler.Question #2: If you want to execute an external program in C, use function system.A translator in computer programming is a piece of software that translates one programming language to another. Therefore a C translator would translate either C source code into another language, let's say BASIC.So if you had a C to BASIC translator, you would write a program in C and the translator would give you the equivalent source code in BASIC.I have never used a translator, but at first glance, it doesn't sound very reliable for both security and memory management reasons.

A device driver acts as a translator between a piece of hardware that is attached to the computer (for example, the keyboard, mouse, or printer) and programs that use that piece of hardware. Device drivers are necessary to make the hardware usable.
