If you are able to connect a call from your mobile, you can connect to net as well. Provided the connection ports are given i the device. Your Motorola EX115 has USB as well as blue-tooth connection. Use blue-tooth for NET connectivity. To do this go to settings in your phone select phone settings open UART settings (UART is abbrevation for Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter). select the sim on which your GPRS is available.
