This depends on your motherboard. You should check the motherboard specifications to determine specifically what type of RAM you need. Not all RAM is created equal!

The size of a memory stick is different per memory stick! If you would like to find out the size of a memory stick is that you want to buy then just ask the sales person or read the package. If you would like to read the size of a memorty stick that you own do the following: 1. Put in the memory stick. 2. Press on start. 3. Click on MY COMPUTER. 4. Right click your memory stick. 5. select properties. 6. Now you should see the size in a pie chart! Thanks, Melcom

It is a specific type of computer memory (RAM - Random Access Memory) that is required in all desktop and laptop computers. Kingston is a major company that sells computer memory and 1GB is usually a stick of "ram".
It's a device (usually smaller than your thumb) that plugs into a USB port on your computer, that acts as a secondary drive, allowing you to store up to 32 gigabytes of data (transferred from your computer) so that your data, whatever it may be, will be more easily portable than your whole computer tower would be.
It depends on how many gigabytes it has
You have to buy a memory stick.
A 2GB memory stick stores two gigabytes of memory. You can get four gigabyte ones as well.
If it doesn't say on the USB itself then stick it in your computer and look at the capacity under My Computer. Note that Windows uses a binary system so it will appear slightly less than its advertised capacity (eg. 8GB will show up at around 7.8GB)
The price of all memory devices has dropped sharply over the years, perhaps the ! GB stick was bouight years ago. They are basically compatible, but probably not fully compatible.
It makes your memory stick the right size to fit your psp. It also allows you to take the memory adaptor with the memory stick inside to insert into your computer allowing you to view picture larger on you computer.
