Your toolbar will look like a cross between Windows 7 and 2000 with a little bit of Alienware thrown in. If/When you switch back, it'll say you're switching back to Vista and it probably won't look quite the same as what you're used to. It automatically goes to the Windows 7 Basic theme, but you can switch it to whatever theme you're used to.
