The VisionTek Radeon HD 2400 PRO is decent for gaming and hdtv. There are definitely better cards out there, but if you don't mind playing newer games at medium or lower settings. It would work fine for hdtv but would recommend getting a more powerful card.
Shogun would beat the hell out of Lyoto Machida for sure.
I would say probably not, because thats a really old card, but maybe it can on all lowest settings and low resolution.
It would be able to run most fps games on medium settings and a mid range resolutions 1024x768 with a decent frame rate. It will run higher resolutions and graphic settings but the frame rate will suffer. Search for benchmarks on google. Also youtube has great practical examples of the integrated graphics in use.

The Shogun never replaced the Emperor in Japanese history. However, there have been instances in Japanese history in which a Shogun exerted quite a bit more influence than an Emperor. ATI Radeon HD 4200 satisfies minimum requirements to run Starcraft 2
The AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core RM-70 and ATI Radeon 3100 are below the minimum system requirements for Guild Wars 2. The game requires a more powerful processor and a dedicated GPU for decent performance. While it might be possible to run the game on very low settings, the overall experience would likely be unsatisfactory. Upgrading to more capable hardware is recommended for a better gaming experience.
With a Radeon HD 7540D, it is unlikely that you will be able to run Battlefield 4. Your CPU would be able to handle it, but that graphics card will bottleneck your processor. You would need to switch graphics cards to play. A good card would be the Radeon HD 6790.
