after normal install just copy the bookshelf CD in one directory on hard drive, say C:\BOOKS95
then eject the CD and click on the bookshelf95 icon, it will promt you for the path of the CD, enter the directory where you copied the files C:\BOOKS95
now it will run from hard-disk.
