A new window will open and windows will search its database for a driver. If windows happens not to have the driver, then you must manually install the driver by inserting the installation CD that came with the scanner.
Start with windows 2000 then windows xp.
Don't expect to get it perfect, it is your first one there might be a little mistake
Ideally, Windows XP should be installed first, although it is possible to do it Vista-first.
First. Expect another 5 months.
I am writing a barcode scanner system. First, I print barcodes like QR Code and Data Matrix on paper. Then scan these barcodes with a hardware barcode scanner. This scanner must read the barcode and verify its validity. Some organizers may want to verify ticket validity offline or online.. Some questions: -Do I need a windows based app (so do something with windows forms?)? - the scanned data from the scanner is sent to a PC...can I with VB.NET receive that data and pass it to an online app/server to verify the validity realtime? - any other things I should consider? Basically I want to avoid installing client software, is it possible?
to be surprised, and embarrased
Yes
You should definetely install PC mac first and then install windows 7 because if you do windows first it wont save correctly in PC mac.
