I highly doubt it. CDs are compact discs that store digital data. Plus you would probably get shards of plastic and metal in your esophagus, probably puncturing it, and in your stomach, possibly scratching or puncturing the thin membrane of mucous that protects your stomach walls from the strong acid, Hydrochloric acid (the strongest acid in the world), from burning a hole in your stomach walls and damaging your other organs.
