You might be able to find a Universal Television Remote for your 3D TV and your lights for under $100.00 in a pawn shop, on EBay or Kijiji. Ask around, one of your friends might have one they no longer need that you can buy for relatively cheap.
For TV remotes in your local area, either look in your local newspaper under the sales column, or search for them on eBay. I'm sure you'll find a good condition TV remote near you on there.
Most large department stores and almost all big electronics stores have programmable remote controls for sale. These remotes are designed to replace missing or broken remotes and can be programmed to operate almost any newer television on the market. (The instructions come with the remotes.) Oh, and they don't cost too much, either. Under ten bucks in most cases. Note: There are still a few "hard-headed" manufacturers who make sets that have remotes with "oddball codes" and they cannot be replaced with the universal remotes. Some Symphonic sets are like this. Buy a remote from a company that will take it back if it won't program to your set. Ask them up front about returns. Radio Shack is one such company that will take the remote back if you cannot make it work with your unit and you return it with all the stuff it came with - including the receipt.
Any 'One for All' brand remote will work for sure. I have a Symphonic TV, too. Most large department stores and almost all big electronics stores have programmable remote controls for sale. I think you have to put it under your chin or something...but I'm not sure I just saw a guy do it with a CAR remote on TV.

Isignia is also made under the Hisense brand name...if you still have the original remote, the instructions on how to program it can be found in the "Universal Remote Control User Manual" which can be downloaded from: http://www.remotes.com/remotes/documents/Hisense/HYDFSR-A205E.pdf The original remote will only accept 3-digit program codes....the device will be TV1 on the remote and the code that worked on my tv which is the Insignia IS-HDPLTV42 is 589. Just in case that doesn't work...try the codes listed for Hisense under the "Brand of TV" tables listed in the Universal Remote Control User Manual. Hope this helps
Plasma tv are now very affordable and can be had for several hundred dollars. A great place to try is Walmart. I got one for my living room for under four hundred dollars and this was brand new in the box.
IF your TV has an adjustable aspect radio, you'll find the "Aspect" button on your remote control. Some remotes have hidden compartments, usually under a little door where they put those controls that are rarely used. == ==
Any VESA mount will work just great for a TV and most can be bought for under one hundred dollars.
You can find some at Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart that are on sale or they will cost you under 200 dollars and some that can cost you a little over 100 dollars.
I think a Sony has best picture quality and can be under one thousand. Also it depends of what size TV that you wanted to buy. Another good TV are the vizios. You can get those at an OK price and they good picture quality.
