2.Solid State Technology (offered by IIT Kharagpur)
3.VLSI (IIT Delhi considers MSc(Physics) as a eligibility criteria also check out IIT Bombay)
There may be some other courses in similar areas that you can go for ...BUT all the leading institutions require an excellent GATE score for admission into their M.Tech programs whereas the Deemed Universities might be willing to admit with a much relaxed criteria
