No. In general, a charger needs to be able to figure out when the battery has reached full charge, otherwise the charger can damage the battery by overcharging it. You need to use the specific charger required for the battery. And, if you are trying to power a non-battery device that requires 1A from a 5V 100mA source, you will not be able to maintain 5V, so it will not work there either.
the bike should be equiped with a battery tender attachment hidden just under the lower left hand side of the gas tank. once you find it just hook up the battery charger with the battery charger attachment and your ready to go. Otherwise you can purchase a battery charger with tender attachment at Sears for $19.95 and hook up the battery tender to the battery yourself if it didn't already come with one. I have a 2006 883 and just found it two days ago, it came with it.
Does the Polaroid Spectra 1200 FF take a battery?
Only if the voltage is the same (12v battery and 12v charge) and there is a lower amperage setting on the charger like around 10, maybe 30 but for small batteries 30 amps is a lot of current and they may get to be too hot warping plates, boiling acid away, and melting the case! 1200 amps... yeah, that's WAY too much. Don't use that setting!
1500 volt? I think not... and read the Mah output on the charger. Mah stands for milliamps per hour so if your battery is 1200 mah and your charger charges at 300 mah then you charge it for 4 hours. It's simple math. Honestly, spend the extra 25$ to buy a smart charger. It will be easier because they don't overheat, don't over charge your battery, tell you when they're done charging, and charge your batteries in about an hour or two
3 hours. 3600/1200=3
To extend the battery life of a Canon 1200 battery, you can try these tips: Avoid overcharging the battery. Keep the battery at room temperature. Turn off the camera when not in use. Use the camera's power-saving features. Carry a spare battery for longer usage.

Yes - you can run a 1200 watt motor on a car battery - until the energy of the battery is exhausted.
Yes, of course it does.
Try checking the gorund cable at the opposite end from the battery. I had one come loose on my sporty and it would not start but the lights would come on.
