After you have completed broly's chapter in story mode, go to evolution z at the main menu and select item fusion, then combine "broly" (green potara), and "super saiyan" (purple potara), and you will get super saiyan broly. You will need to use potaras to get broly's ultimate transformation as well, once you get "breakthrough the limit" combine that one with super saiyan broly and you will get "legendary super saiyan broly".
