u could also try PCHand Screen Capture. I knew it from my friend, I'm using it. It offers many capture modes several output types, u could get ur screenshot to PowerPoint directly. It has a free trial version, u could try it. I think it's pretty good…Hope it could help.

On a mac powerpoint, you can control-click on a slide and go down to slide design, which lets you pick a scheme for all of your slides. Also, if you control-click and go to slide color scheme, you can pick colors and press apply to all. On a PC you can also do slide color scheme and slide design, but I'm not sure how to get there

In the Keynote, go to File>export and select PowerPoint. Then it will be exported for use on a PC. Some transitions, fonts, and objects may look different. Although, the easiest way to email a PowerPoint in keynote is by going to Share>send via mail>PowerPoint. It will use the Mac Mail program to compose a message with the Powerpoint attached. Note: You can export Pages to Word, and Numbers to Excel similarly.
