You can't. What you could do is build a generator that creates power. You take the magnet past a coil and a small current is generated. Doing so may times and really fast causes more power.
To Make An Electo-Magnet you need to saughter 2 wires , A Battery And a switch to ther magnet , i dont really know i saw it on youtube...

They have a battery that battery has magnet
No, a magnet cannot drain a AA battery. A magnet may affect certain electronic components if they are sensitive to magnetic fields, but it does not actively consume battery power. Battery drainage occurs through the use of electrical devices that draw current, not from the presence of a magnet.
you get an average LED, ductape, small battery and magnet. step 1 - put the battery to the led and the magnet underneath. step 2 - tape it all together, and if done right then it should work :P
You can supercharge a magnet by coiling a metal wire around a magnet then hooking both ends of the wire to a battery. Make sure the wire can conduct electricity and the more coils around the magnet, the better.
first you need a led light (like on Christmas lites), a 3 volt battery, tape and a magnet first slide the battery in between the wires on the led light the long wire should be on the positive side of the battery. then put tape around the light and battery. Finally put the magnet on the positive side of the battery.
an iron nail, a long peice of wire, a large battery or a transformer
battery and a magnet because the ions in a magnet have to be in order for it to be a magnet
because battery supplies a direct current and to make a magnet with using the electrical method you need to supply direct current to the material {metal}which must be wounded with a coil {solenoid}.
You need a copper wire and magnets. put magnet on plus side of battery and then form the copper wire around it.
Wrap copper wire around a nail, then attach the ends of the wire to a D battery with tape to make an electromagnet.
