I was just handed my daughter's watch to replace the battery and set the time. So this is not from the manual but from my trial and error.
Hold the Mode button in until the field you wish to change is blinking slowly. Then you need to hold the center button (the one under the face) down and press the start button to toggle through the values. When one value is set just press the mode button again to move to the next field. It will take you through the time, date, and day of week.

HOW DO I GET IT BACK TO NORMAL TIME When the hour is set the watch goes through two sets of 24 hour choices, one set for regular time, one for military time. After pressing the lower left button three times and the lower right button once you are setting the hour of the time. When an 'H' appears to the right of the time, these are the military hour choices. Keep pressing the upper right button until the 'H' disappears (an 'A' appears to indicated AM hours), then the hours depicted are regular time hours. When the correct hour appears press the lower right button.
