Just like other batteries, it depends on the usage. If you have everything set to max performance and are using wifi then the battery will run out a lot faster than if you conserve power. Expect to get 6 1/2 hours usage if you are using max settings and around 8 1/2- 9 if you conserve. The other thing to consider is the extra weight a battery of this size will add.

There is no way to tell with just the battery voltage given.

It is the current capacity of the battery that counts, not the voltage. Further, the laptop design itself determines much of the hour life.

I have seen a high-power laptop meant for intensive imaging work that had a 45-minute battery discharge time, and other laptops with as much as 6 hours battery discharge time.
