try many things, but the only thing that work for my car (03 tahoe) is disconnecting car battery for 5 min. you need to replace the rfa battery first.

first fix the sides of the boat then then battery kind of thing then a look out thing on top it and to wheels on either side of the boat and the hat kind of thing next to the battery and the pole on top of it and the sail on it.
First you have to slide off the computer looking thing in front of the battery, you should then see the metal plate it was attached to - which is also holding down the battery... simply remove it with a wrench and disconect the battery cables (black first) and the battery should slide right out.
