Generally speaking a DVD O-Sleeve is usually made of a hard flexable plastic like material and being a receptacle having four sides in which a DVD Case is contained within. The DVD case is able to be inserted and withdrawn from the O-Sleeve. Essentially it is a protective case that envelops the DVD case on four of the six sides with openings on opposite ends. Resulting in a six-sided case housed inside a four-sided case. Lenticular printing artwork or electronic components capable of producing sound effects can thus be incorperated into the O-Sleeve eliminating the necessity of having to retool a standard DVD case to comply with artwork/electronic component changes during production.
It is 25 square inches!

I wouldn't expect one anytime soon, I'm afraid. O is performed at the Bellagio in Las vegas, and Cirque needs Belagio's permission to produce a show for DVD. But Bellagio isn't giving it. It's the same with Treasure Island, Mirage, New York New York, MGM Grand, and Luxor regarding their respective Cirque shows.
The region code is usually featured on the sleeve somewhere (often as a hologram). Failing that, if you attempt to play it in a non-compatible DVD reader, the error message should tell you which region code you need.

Jack Lord, who played Steve McGarrett on Hawaii Five-O, never wore a short sleeve shirt on the show because he believed that it would be out of character for his character to wear anything less than a professional, business-like attire. Additionally, the long-sleeve shirts helped to establish McGarrett's authoritative presence on the show. This decision was also influenced by Lord's personal preference for long-sleeve shirts, as he felt they provided a more polished and sophisticated look for his character.
