It looks like mid 40's to early 50's. I just found one & was trying to date it. That's what I've found. Hope this helped.
I also just bought one of these,in perfect condition.
The manual has a stamp on the parts list page,that
states;"All prices on this list are increased 35%.
Effective Feb.1st,1947."So I would say it was made before 1947.
