Is HongKonger a word in this sentence Ive once worked with a HongKonger in a group and she told me about her homeland city?

A person from Hong Kong is known as Hongkongers or Hong Kongese, according to the Oxford English Dictionary. Hong Kongese appears in the Collins Dictionary. The Cambridge English Dictionary does not include these terms. News of these additions appeared in the South China Morning Post print edition in the 2014 article, "Finally, the Hongkonger arrives on world stage." See "Hongkonger' makes it to world stage with place in the Oxford English Dictionary: Amid anti-mainland sentiment, Oxford dictionary recognises city's local identity".Other informal names used are Hong Kongers or Hongkonges. Please note in your sentence that you do not need the contraction in "I have once worked..." It would sound better as "I once worked..." because once implies that it occurred (at sometime) before now.

Also, use a dictionary; it can help learners.
