You need a DVD recorder. You can get them as either stand-alone units or with built in VCR or on your PC. On you PC you will need a TV tuner (or some other method of displaying the video on your PC) and then you can save it to your hard drive and then burn it to DVD. The DVD recorder method is much easier as you just need to pop a blank disk in and click on record.
You can use either of the + or - formats and can use dual layer discs too... so the world is your oyster really.
