1ounce = 29.573 ml 8 ounce = 1 cup 8 x 29.573 = 236.584 ml 236.584 ml per cup 3000 ml Divided by 236.584 = 12.680 cups Could probrably say 12.5 cups because we usually say 1 oz. is about 30 ml
