A few years ago I picked a kale leaf from my raised bed and could not believe the delicious cheesey taste! Curious, I picked another leaf from the same plant and looked under it. Wow, it was loaded with light grey aphid eggs. I wonder if a few years of eating these is what caused my B-12 increase?
