I suggest marinating them in a shitake mushroom-vinegrette (preferably prepared the night before). If you're feeling creative, you can use cloud ears instead of shitake. Then, after you're sure that the chipmunk is dead, lovingly place it on the grill. Alternate every 45 seconds, so that it doesn't have roadkill marks. Enjoy!
