Inside a vehicle, use the defroster, which directs air from the blower to the windshield, to evaporate the condensation. Condensation forms on the warm side of a pane of glass (or other surface), so using cool air will clear it faster and keep it from returning.
Inside a home or office, this can be more problematic, but use of automotive defogging solutions can help. Defogging solutions contain oils which prevent condensation from adhering to the glass. It also works on cars.
Ive only once had a problem with foggy windows, but I was told to wash the interior windows with winter windshield washer and they will never fog up or freeze.

The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the bus causes condensation to build up on the inner surface of the windows - that's what you see as 'fog''Why ARE' - But anyway, it is due to condensation - it is colder outside the bus, making the windows cold, so the warm, muggy, humid water vapour condenses as water droplets on the window. Also, because people breathe out carbon dioxide, it can steam up the water droplets. Maybe try opening the windows.
Your fish tank may look foggy due to a buildup of bacteria, algae, or debris in the water. To clear it up, you can try cleaning the tank, changing the water, reducing the amount of food you give your fish, and adding a water clarifier or filter to improve water quality.

They fog up when water condenses on the surface. If the air inside the car is warmer than the outside temperature you will experience fogging of the inside of the windows. In extreme humidity the problem is worse. You can also see fogging if the heater core is leaking. To dissipate the moisture turn on the defroster.

wear your hair up so that your boyfriend can kiss your neck and get you hot and bothered to go out in the van and get the windows foggy!
Because the moisture in the air is condensing on the cold glass. Warm air carries more moisture so in the winter if you can turn on your A/C and turn the heat up to hot then the windows will clear quicker and if you live in a humid or rainy climate turning the air to recirculate (see owners manual) then the air inside the car will dry out quicker and the windows will stay clear. Also if you get in the car with wet cloths on then that will add moisture into the air in the car. Repeat the steps above and be patient. The green color is just coming from the color of the glass and is nothing to worry about it will clear once the window is dry and warm.
