There are a variety of ways to clean ceramic of anything sticky. There are plastic blades, that you can use along with 409 or oven cleaner. Window cleaner works as well for lighter stuff. It takes time and patience. Keep the stain wet at all times while you are working on it. In addition there are scouring powers made for ceramic.

You have to drop the pan on the tranny by taking the bolts out of the pan and it will come down, there is a filter that needs to be changed under the tranny pan also, clean old gasket off the pan and clean the pan out real good and install new gasket on the pan and reinstall the pan with the bolts and tighten to 15 ft. lbs.

unbolt engine mounts and raise engine high enough to get the bolts out of the pan and take the pan off, clean old gasket off the pan and clean the pan real good and get some permetex and put some around where the gasket lays and put new gasket on the pan and let it set for about 10 minutes so the gasket will stay in place when you re-install the pan, set pan back on and start all the bolts and then tighten them down to about 15 ft. lbs.

In the oil pan It's in the timing cover. The culprit is most likely the pickup screen in the oil pan. Take it off and clean it.
There is no transmission drain plug. You have to drop the entire pan to change the fluid. Always change the filter while you have the pan off and clean any metal shavings from the pan.
1.jack up the car on jack stands to get enough clearance to get under it. 2.The transmission pan has a drain plug you cant take off to drain the fluid into an oil pan. 3.Remove bolts that hold the pan on to the transmission.leave 2 side bolts on to hold the pan in place since there will be some fluid still in the pan. let fluid drain out.Then take off the 2 bolts you left on and pull the pan off.There will be some fluid in the pan so be careful. 4.The filter is held on by a few bolts. be careful when you get them off because fluid will come out. 5.Bolt on new filter. 6.Remove old gasket from pan ,clean off magnet that sits inside of pan and clean pan off. 7.Place new gasket on pan. put bolts threw holes on the pan to help hold gasket in place.Bolt pan back on, torque to 8 ft-lbs
