remove the husk
spritz with olive oil
grill. Or you can soak the ear for an hour
Peel back the husk
remove silk
cut off end of cobb
butter the ear
put the silk back over the ear
grill I prefer the first method as I am able to watch the ears roast. However that is just me. Both methods work well and are tasty.
