If you have something such as a piece of fruit, some vegetable stick, a salad it would be good for you and make you feel good about eating it - then is a few hours you will be ready to have a meal because you will be hungry. Or eat something you really enjoy that will help you eat but you MUST eat!!!

If this is due to an eating disorder you should seek help immediately.
