I just had a fit when I came home and mother in law has got super glue all over my laminate worktop in the most shiny area of my kitchen!! I actually think I have removed all of it. I thought the glue had melted the surface and ruined it as you could feel the surface change when you run your hand over it but I remembered that NAIL VERNISH REMOVER breaks down the glue :D and after lots of scrubbing and washing I think I have removed all of it apart from one deep scratch mark. I am pleased if I have as we were just about to phone insurers and repalce the whole kithchen with new tops.so give it a try!
Goof Off is usually best for this.
Yes, super glue is excellent for glass.
Try a rag dipped in Goof Off. Rub it over the super glue till it softens, then peel it off.
Yes, super glue works on anything smooth and hard.
I wouldn't. The surface will never stand up to regular kitchen work. Better to buy a sheet of arborite, formica or something and glue it on.
Super or Krazy Glue would work well on Lego.
Yes, super glue can work effectively on plastic materials by creating a strong bond between the surfaces.
Super Glue is not good on leather. I would use Shoe Goop or E6000 for leather repairs.
Super glue doesn't work well on concrete. It's much more suited to use on smooth non-permeable surfaces.
Super glue works by forming a strong bond between materials through a process called polymerization. When super glue is applied to a surface, it reacts with moisture in the air to form long chains of molecules that intertwine with the molecules of the materials being bonded. This creates a strong and durable bond that holds the materials together.
no it would freeze!
Yes it will.
