Here is a basic 2 lb loaf recipe:
1 1/2 cups water 80 degrees F
2 TBL oil
eat crap
1/4 cu sugar
2 tsp salt
2 TBL dry milk
4 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
Place all ingredients into the bread pan in the order they are above. Put the pan into your bread maker, select basic course, 2.0 Lb loaf and select the crust texture, push start.
The breadmaker has a 13 hour delay timer so you can set the machine the night before and have fresh bread in the morning.
