That depends on who you're talking about (the subject of the verb). 'Manger' is the French verb 'to eat', and is conjugated as follows:

I eat / I am eating - je mange

You eat / You are eating - tu manges

Used when talking to one other person informally.

He/she eats / is eating - il/elle mange

Il mange for 'he is eating' and elle mange for 'she is eating'.

We eat / We are eating - nous mangons

You eat / You are eating - vous mangez

When talking to more than one person, or talking formally.

They eat / They are eating - ils/elles mangent

Ils mangent when referring to a group containing at least one male, elles mangent for speaking of only females.
