1-Try doing a deep/reconstructive conditioner once a week.Any more often and it can actually do more damage than good. Aussies 3-minute miricale and L'Oreal's Everstrong Deep Conditioner both work wonders.

If you're more of a DIY kind of gal I'd suggest doing the following:

Step 1: Mix in a bowl 2 tablespoons each of rinse-out conditioner, a leave-in conditioner, a deep conditioner and a hair mask.

Step 2: Comb the mixture through clean, damp hair making sure to focus most of the product on mid-shaft down to the ends.

Step 3: Wet 2 large towels, wring them out and heat one in a microwave for 1-2 minutes (depending on how hot your microwave gets the towel, you want it tolerable to touch, but steamy warm).

Step 4: Wrap hair up in the hot towel while you heat second towel in microwave.

Step 5: Alternate wrapping hair in towels about 2-3 times.

If you don't want to make the conditioner cocktail, and have some olive oil handy, I suggest using it in place of the conditioner. It's cheaper and works just as well, if not better.

2-Go as long as you can without shampooing.The longer the better. Not only will the natural oils from your scalp protect your hair, it will actually make it grow faster. When you do shampoo your hair, try to use something that is formulated for damaged or color treated hair. 3-Go Au NaturaleLet your hair grow out and do your best to keep the use of flat/curling irons to a minimum.

Do not use a brush on your hair until it is at least 80% dry. Using one any sooner can damage the hair follicle. Find a leave in conditioner and fall in love it is. I suggest "It's a 10!" It's a bit pricey but 100% worth it.

If you have long hair, I highly suggest braids, just keep them loose as to not cause any breakage.

4-Last but not leastYou may consider investing in a multivitamin that promotes hair growth, and drink lots of water.
