It depends on what you have in your nachos. I like to make a large plate of nachos with everything, salsa, beans, rice, cheese, you name it, and I bake it for about 10-20 minutes. What I do is bake everything but the chips and then let people scoop up the stuff with their chips separately. And also, if you're going to bake it for more than 10 minutes, put the cheese 5 minutes before to make sure it won't burn.
