== == One approach is that you don't bake it, you grill it -- it keeps its delicious taste that way.
On the other hand, it's very simple to bake a salmon. For a fillet, all you do is spray it with oil oil/cooking spray and then add a little accent flavor like: * chopped herbs * salsa * Asian flavors: soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds * salt, pepper or basic spice mix * cajun spice -- red pepper flakes, chili powder, black pepper, lime juice
* Indian - curry and paprika.
* chives, lemon juice and a little white * honey and mustard
Then place it in a baking pan and put it in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes. You can cover it with tin foil to keep it a little moister, but it happens to be be very good when it's a little more "chunky" and drier.
Tip: don't spray the pan; the skin will stick to it, making it much easier to take the salmon off without the skin. Soak it afterwards and it'll come right off.
My husband makes a wonderful juicy salmon baked in the oven. First he lines a baking dish with tin foil and sprays it with cooking spray. Then places the salmon on the sprayed foil and lightly sprays the salmon. Then he sprinkles dill weed and a few choice spices, like Mrs Dash or Cajuns Choice-sprinkly lightly. Next he tops the salmon with lemon slices and squeezed juice from remaining lemon ends. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 45-60 minutes. Start checking at 45 minutes, so that the salmon doesn't over cook and keeps juices in! Dill and lemon are popular ingredients for baked salmon. They don't over take the salmon flavor, they enhance it! Enjoy!
To broil a salmon steak, preheat your broiler and place the salmon on a broiler pan. Broil the salmon for about 6 to 8 minutes per inch of thickness, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Keep an eye on it to prevent overcooking, as broiling can cook quickly. Optionally, you can baste it with marinade or seasoning for added flavor.
I like to broil burgers! I would very much appreciate it if you would be so kind as to broil my salmon steak.
Broil it on one side for a minute. Then flip the stake and let it broil for another minute.
On your oven there should be a broil button.
broil your buns as you would with any other burger. cook the salmon on your stovetop. use miracle whip and ketchup and lettuce, pineapple is also good on salmon burgers.
about an hour
Salmon should be boiled for about 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness to be perfectly cooked.
fresh salmon takes about 1/2 hour so it depends if it is frozen in a block of ice (1hr) or if it just frozen like you buy at a supermarket (45mins) Boil Salmon? Oh my. There are so many other ways of preparing it that are tastier. Broil it, bake it, even fry it would be preferable. Poach in white wine if you must, but don't boil it!
Long enough to cook it to your liking.
About 45 Minutes marinated with a tablespoon of olive oil added to the marinade before cookingsorry, if you BROIL anything for 45 mins it will be black and on fire. broil is the highest setting on the oven and continuous heat. you can bake for 45 mins but dont broil it that long. like steak you should only broil about 5 mins on one side and 5 on the other, take it out, cover with foil for about 10 mins to let it finish cooking. i have not done this yet, but im trying tonight, but i do know you can not broil it for 45 mins or you will set your house on fire!!ok so i just read that you do the chicken thighs 10 to 15 on each side.
sausage, rice, and tomatoes.
Salmon do not get pregnant.
