A standard cup of dry oatmeal typically weighs about 3 ounces. Therefore, a 42-ounce container of dry oatmeal would contain approximately 14 cups (42 ounces ÷ 3 ounces per cup = 14 cups).
at least 2 cup
There are approximately 2 cups of dry oatmeal in 16 ounces. Since 1 cup of dry oatmeal typically weighs around 8 ounces, you can divide 16 ounces by 8 ounces per cup to find the total. Therefore, 16 ounces equals 2 cups of oatmeal.
Three cups of dry oatmeal typically converts to approximately 24 ounces. Since one cup of dry oatmeal is roughly 8 ounces, multiplying by three gives you the total. Keep in mind that this measurement can vary slightly depending on the specific type of oatmeal.
Approximately 300 grams of dry oatmeal is equivalent to about 3.5 to 4 cups, depending on the type of oatmeal and how it is measured. Rolled oats tend to have a larger volume compared to steel-cut oats, so the conversion can vary slightly. For the most accurate measurement, it's best to use a kitchen scale.
A standard cup is 8 oz. A 16 oz container would be 2 cups.
To make ground oatmeal, place one or more cups of Quaker Quick or Old Fashioned oats into a food processor or blender. Process for 1 minute, stopping to stir occasionally. Store unused (dry) oat flour in a covered container as you would wheat flour.
According to its label, a typical U.S. container of Oatmeal, such as Quaker Oats (about 4" in diameter and 7" tall), contains about 13 servings, each representing 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal, and weighs 524 grams. Therefore 1 kilogram of dry oatmeal represents: 1000 / 524 * 13 * 1/2 = 12 1/2 cups of dry oatmeal. (see discussion)
Each 42oz container is about 30 servings. Each serving is 1/2c dry oatmeal. 1/2 × 30 = 15cups Oz in this case is referring to the weight not volume of the product. So 8oz DOES NOT equal a cup unless you are measuring volume of a liquid. :)
The amount of milk you add to two cups of oatmeal depends on your desired consistency. A common ratio is to use about 2 to 3 cups of milk for two cups of dry oatmeal, adjusting based on whether you prefer a creamier or thicker texture. You can always start with less and add more as needed while cooking.
About 2.4 cups
Approximately 5 cups.
As an approximation, my 40lb bag of dry Eukanuba large breed puppy food fits pretty well in a 45 quart container. 45quarts * 4 cup / 1 quart = 180 cups. 180 cups * 16 lb / 40 lb = 72 cups. This is just an approximation based on how the large nugget food fits in my container. If you have a scale that reads ounces you could put cups on it until it reads 16oz and multiply by lbs in a bag.
