Well think about it. how much is a pound? A pound is about 23kg. 1L of oil weighs about 25 grams. Now you might think im stupid, but think about it. In cars you put oil. If oil weighed a lot, then your car would sink into the cement. A gallon is exactly 2.3L. So after doing all the math a pound of oil is about 2 gallons of oil. Look at it this way. Place your mom on a scale, and it should read around 236 pounds. Oil is in your moms skin. However, with all that sweat, the oil is washed off, and thus she has dry skin. When you re weigh her, she now weighs 240 pounds. That's because she had a cheeseburger, but besides the fact, the oil that was washed out doesnt weigh a lot. If you don't believe me, ask SunCor the Oil drilling company.
