you cant really relate fats and sugars, but fats contain much more energy, and are harder for your body to break down than simple sugars like the sugars in fruits. If you are trying to loose weight, then you shouldn't pay attention much to how much fat or sugar is in your foods because your body needs both of them. Opt for whole grain breads, fruits, raw veggies, and lots of protein and eat small potions at least every two hours. That way your body wont hold on to the foods you eat from going into "starvation mode".
