To change the burner tubes on a Weber propane grill, first ensure the grill is completely cool and disconnected from the propane source. Remove the cooking grates and flavorizer bars to access the burners. Unscrew or unclip the old burner tubes from their mounts and carefully lift them out. Install the new burner tubes by reversing the process, ensuring they are securely attached before reassembling the grill.

If your grill is gas, and you have more than one burner, you may want to leave one burner off to conserve gas if the one burner is sufficient to cook your food. Also, on both gas and charcoal grills, leaving one side of the grill without direct heat allows you to move your food over to indirect heat so it can cook longer without burning.

I just bought an expensive bbq grill with cast stainless grilling grids and a stainless steel bow burner. The rest of the grill is made of aluminum. The question here is: the all aluminum top and bottom lids or casing which the bbq grill is made, and actually encases the entire grill-going to gas off aluminum into my food where my family might have posioning from such a dangerous metal? I have a 5 and 7 year old. Thanks!
