Method.

  1. Cut butter into flour.make sure the butter is solid.spread it out well on the flour.the butter can be in cubes.You can add sugar if your are using.use the pastry blender and cut the butter into the flour.

  3. Add 1 egg yolk + 1/2 egg white .beat together.and add into the mixture of flour and butter.knead the mixture into a dough.
  4. Put the dough into refrigerator to firm up for a few minutes..
  5. Measure 10g of dough.
  6. Roll the dough into a ball and flatten it .
  7. Take 10g of pineapple paste and use the dough to wrap.
  8. Roll the dough until is around and line on baking paper.
  9. Crack an egg and glaze /egg wash pineapple tarts.
  10. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
