Yes it is very bad i would not reccomend it.
Converting a deep fryer to an air fryer is not recommended as they operate on different principles. An air fryer uses hot air to cook food with little to no oil, while a deep fryer submerges food in hot oil. It is best to purchase an air fryer for healthier cooking instead of trying to modify a deep fryer.
how do you heat the oil in a rival deep fryer
Oil in a deep fryer can be safely used for about 8-10 hours of frying time before it needs to be replaced.
yeap.
probably not the best idea. the meat can break in the deep fryer and even if it stays in form the exterior will burn as the interior undercooks and the patty becomes infused with oil and trans fat. tastes really bad from my experience. try grilling its healthier and tastes much better by far!
Deep fryer oil can typically be kept for about 8-10 uses before it needs to be replaced due to degradation and a decrease in quality.

It is a machine that fries doughnuts. At its most basic form, this is simply a container with oil in it where doughnuts are fried. However, these machines can get more complicated, sometimes even including oil vaporators, conveyor belts, and can resemble miniature factories.
For optimal results in your deep fryer, use an oil with a high smoke point such as canola, peanut, or vegetable oil. These oils can withstand high temperatures without burning, resulting in crispy and delicious fried foods.
To calibrate a commercial deep fryer, first ensure the fryer is clean and filled with oil to the appropriate level. Heat the oil to the desired cooking temperature, typically around 350°F (175°C), and use a calibrated thermometer to check the oil temperature. If there's a discrepancy, adjust the temperature settings on the fryer accordingly. Regularly monitor and recalibrate as needed to maintain consistent cooking results.
Never fill the fryer more than half-full with oil (or melted fat) - and NEVER leave it on the stove unattended !
My Bravetti deep fryers manual doesn't say why but it clearly says Don't use olive oil.
