It's difficult to convert that since you do not say what substance you are converting. If it is a liquid substance (e.g water, milk or something equally as runny), 50g converts to 50 mls of liquid. However, as the substances get thicker (e.g honey, oil, yoghurt), the conversion becomes inaccurate and cannot be used. This is why there is not a standard conversion of grams to mils - it varies significantly.
