If you're saying cuisine as a short form of "haute cuisine" aka "fine dining" then "fast food" "trail cooking" "McDonald's" "stew" "slops" or "scat" will serve depending on just how far you want to go in the opposite direction.

If you really mean cuisine as usually preceded by the name of a place or people group, then try omnivorous, or indiscriminating, but you should be warned that the question doesn't have a proper answer. The opposite of "particular style of prepared food" would be "no particular style of not necessarily prepared not necessarily food" which is a bit too broad a meaning to have attached a word to itself, and hence, has no antonym.
