Do you possibly mean 10 to 12 ounces? Generally a cup = half a pint. As you mention "cup" I'll presume that you are an American. Do you mean Fluid Ounces or an Ounce weight? 1012 fluid ounces, in America equals almost 8 gallons, 1012 ounces weight equals over 63 pounds --- either way, Ounce weight, or Fluid Ounce, you won't find a cup in most homes that would measure it for you. If you mean between 10 and 12 ounces, then a cup and a half could do it.
I am using liquid carpet scotchguard. The instructions say to use 12 Oz per 1 Gallon. I do not have a liquid gallon container. My container holds 3 cups. How many Oz per cup would I use? If a cup equals 8 Oz's?
A 1/4 cup measuring cup is equivalent to 2 oz. So use 1/2 of a 1/4 cup.
fl oz is the capacity of a small paper cup
8 oz=1 cup so in 1/2 cup that would be 4 oz.
Well, since there is 8 oz. in a cup, 2 oz. would be 1/4 cup.
Us a measuring cup. 8 oz is 1 cup.
There is 8oz in one cup so 4oz would only be half a cup.
One cup is 8 oz. 1/2 cup is 4 oz. 1/3 cup is 2.6666666666666666666666666666667 oz. 1/4 cup is 2 oz. If I were you, I would just go with slightly less than 1/2 cup. :)
10 oz. 1 cup is 8 oz, so a quarter of a cup is 2 oz. Add them together and you get 10 oz.
1 cup = 8 fl oz 20oz = 2.5 cups so basically... 2/5 of a 20 oz water bottle equals 1 cup
A cup is 8 oz., so half a cup is 4 oz.
It depends on what kind of stuff is in the cup. One cup of water weighs 8 oz. One cup of gasoline would weigh a little less than 8 oz. One cup of molasses would weigh a little more than 8 oz. One cup of sand would weigh quite a bit more than 8 oz.
